Thompson, Phipps & Thompson has been a practicing law firm in Northwest Iowa since the 1940's. The founders of the firm originally opened offices in Moville, Iowa and Kingsley, Iowa. Barry Thompson joined the firm in 1973 and is licensed to practice in Iowa and South Dakota. In 1982, Patrick Phipps joined the firm licensed to practice in Iowa and Nebraska.
The firm is engaged in general practice which includes, but is not limited to, business law, corporate law, debtor and creditor, estate planning, family law, litigation, municipal law, personal injury, real estate, taxation, trusts and estates, and wills and probate. |

Knudson and Brady Law Firm has been serving Remsen since the firm was purchased from Phillip Parriott in October of 1987.
The office is located at 224 South Washington in a building originally built to house Burton Parriott's law offices and the dental practice of Dr. W. W. Bates.
The current staff is made up of attorneys, Charles F. Knudson and Dennis A. Brady together with Administrative Assistant, Gwen Weiler.
Charles F. Knudson and Dennis A. Brady are both graduates of the University of Iowa Law School. Chuck received his law degree in 1957. Dennis received his degree in 1985 and went into practice with Chuck that year.
Office hours are from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. |
