The district is served by 45 teachers, three administrators, and 18 support staff. At Remsen-Union the administration, Board of Education, teachers and staff share in the commitment to strive toward excellence in all our academic and extra curricular activities to enable all students to reach their full potential. Vocational Programs- Finance, Architecture, and Design Classes design houses
- World of Construction students build houses (alternate years)
- Marketing classes sell yearbook advertising and create brochures for FAD houses.
- Journalism classes produce the yearbook and an eight-page monthly publication in the LeMars Daily Sentinel
