Metcalf, Thompson & Phipps Law FirmMetcalf, Thompson & Phipps has been a practicing law firm in Northwest Iowa since the 1940's. The founders of the firm, Glenn C. Metcalf and William Creasy, originally opened offices in Moville, Iowa and Kingsley, Iowa. Barry Thompson joined the firm in 1973 and is licensed to practice in Iowa and South Dakota. In 1982, Patrick Phipps joined the firm licensed to practice in Iowa and Nebraska and 1986, Glen A. Metcalf began practicing law with the firm.![]() |
![]() In 1993, the firm expanded its practice by opening an office in Remsen, Iowa and continued its expansion in 1996 by taking on board Jeff Kuchel. In 2000, Chad Thompson began his affiliation with the firm and is licensed to practice in Iowa and South Dakota. The firm maintains offices in the towns of Moville, Kingsley, and Remsen and offers a broad range of legal service. The attorneys are complemented by an excellent support staff consisting of five legal secretaries and two paralegals. The attorneys are members of various local and state bar associations and hold positions in community organizations. |
